1. 关于本服务 / About the Service
墨大墙（UniMelb Wall，以下称「本服务」）是面向墨尔本大学学生的社区平台，包括 unimelbwall.com 网站及对应的移动 App。本服务由个人运营，与墨尔本大学没有隶属、合作或授权关系，不代表校方立场。
UniMelb Wall (the "Service") is a community platform for University of Melbourne students, comprising the website at unimelbwall.com and the corresponding mobile app. It is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by University of Melbourne, and does not speak for the university.
注册账号、发布内容或以其他方式使用本服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款、隐私政策和社区规范。不同意就请不要使用。
By registering, posting or otherwise using the Service you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. 谁可以使用 / Eligibility
- 你须年满 17 周岁。You must be at least 17 years old.
- 发帖、评论、评价等功能需要用墨尔本大学邮箱验证在读身份。部分只读内容对未登录访客开放。Posting, commenting and reviewing require verification with a University of Melbourne email address. Some content is readable without an account.
- 一人一号。不得把账号转让、出借或出售给他人，也不得为规避封禁而注册新账号。One account per person. Do not transfer, lend or sell your account, or register a new one to evade a ban.
3. 你发布的内容 / Your content
你对自己发布的一切内容负责，并保证你拥有发布它所需的全部权利。
You are responsible for everything you post and warrant that you hold the rights necessary to post it.
你保留内容的著作权。同时你授予我们一项非独占、免许可费、可撤回的许可，用于在本服务内存储、展示、缓存、按你选择的板块分发你的内容，以及在你注销后以去除身份信息的「匿名」形式保留它（目的是不让讨论串断裂 —— 详见隐私政策）。这项许可仅限于运行本服务；我们不会把你的内容授权给第三方、不会用于广告。
You keep copyright in your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to store, display, cache and distribute it within the Service in the board you chose, and to retain it in de-identified form after you delete your account (so that threads do not break — see the Privacy Policy). The licence exists only to run the Service; we do not sub-licence your content to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
你可以随时删除自己的内容。删除后它不再展示；备份中的副本会在常规轮换周期内消失。
You can delete your content at any time. It stops being shown immediately; copies in backups age out on the normal rotation.
4. 禁止的使用 / Prohibited uses
除社区规范列出的全部要求外，以下行为在本条款下同样被明确禁止。这几类不设警告，一经核实即移除内容，并视情节封禁账号：
In addition to everything in the Community Guidelines, the following are expressly prohibited under these Terms. There is no warning step: confirmed cases are removed and the account may be banned.
- 学术作弊服务 —— 发布、求购、推广或牵线代写、代考、代做作业、代上网课、论文买卖、考试答案交易，包括以「有偿辅导」为名实际交付成品。Academic cheating services — offering, seeking, advertising or brokering ghost-writing, exam impersonation, homework-for-hire, paid class attendance, essay sales or exam answer trading, including "tutoring" that delivers finished work.
- 资金往来与支付服务 —— 提供或寻求代收代付、出借自己的账户或银行卡、代他人操作账户、代人转账（含跨境）、货币兑换，无论金额大小、是否收费或如何措辞。本服务不承载任何形式的资金往来。Money transfer and payment services — offering or seeking to collect or make payments for others, lend out your own account or bank card, operate an account that is not yours, make transfers on another's behalf (including cross-border), or exchange currency, regardless of amount, fee or framing. The Service does not host movement of funds in any form.
- 未经同意的他人照片 —— 上传能辨认出他人的照片或视频而未取得本人同意，包括偷拍与转发他人社交媒体照片。Photos of others without consent — uploading images or video in which another person is identifiable without their consent, including candid shots and reposts from their social media.
- 点名侮辱特定个人 —— 指名道姓或以足以对号入座的描述辱骂、羞辱、造谣、公开私事或号召围攻某个具体的人。Naming and abusing a specific individual — insulting, humiliating, spreading rumours about, exposing the private life of, or rallying others against an identifiable person.
- 上传教材和课件 PDF —— 教材 PDF、电子书、课件与录播、答案册、往年真题原件、付费题库导出，以及指向这些文件的网盘链接与提取码。Uploading textbook and courseware PDFs — textbooks, e-books, lecture slides and recordings, solution manuals, original past papers, paid question-bank exports, and cloud-drive links or access codes pointing at them.
此外也不得：抓取或批量下载本服务的内容；探测、扫描或绕过本服务的访问控制与限流；冒充他人或校方；上传恶意代码；干扰其他用户正常使用。
You also may not: scrape or bulk-download the Service; probe, scan or circumvent its access controls and rate limits; impersonate another person or the university; upload malicious code; or interfere with other people's use of the Service.
5. 内容审核 / Moderation
我们可在不另行通知的情况下移除任何违反本条款或社区规范的内容，并暂停或终止相应账号。举报会在 24 小时内处理。你可以按社区规范中的方式申诉，我们会人工复核。
We may remove any content that breaches these Terms or the Guidelines, and suspend or terminate the account, without prior notice. Reports are acted on within 24 hours. You can appeal as described in the Guidelines and we will review by hand.
本服务不对用户发布的内容作事前审查。课程评价、二手交易、租房等信息由用户自行发布，我们不保证其真实性，请自行判断，涉及金钱与线下见面时尤其如此。
Content is not pre-screened. Course reviews, marketplace listings and housing posts are written by users; we do not vouch for their accuracy. Use your own judgement, especially where money or meeting in person is involved.
6. 版权投诉 / Copyright complaints
如果你是权利人并认为本服务上的内容侵犯了你的著作权，请发邮件到 [email protected]，说明：被指控侵权的内容链接、你对该作品的权利依据、你的联系方式，以及一份「所述信息属实」的声明。核实后我们会移除相应内容，并对重复侵权的账号封禁。
If you are a rights holder and believe content here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: a link to the material, the basis for your rights in the work, your contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate. We remove infringing material on verification and terminate repeat infringers.
7. 服务的可用性 / Availability
本服务按「现状」提供，不作可用性、无错误或适合特定用途的保证。我们可能随时修改、暂停或停止全部或部分功能；如果计划长期停止服务，会提前在站内公告并给出导出数据的时间窗口。
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of availability, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we plan to shut it down permanently we will announce it in-product first and give you a window to export your data.
8. 责任 / Liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本服务产生的间接、附带或后果性损失负责，包括基于其他用户发布的信息或与其交易而产生的损失。本条款不排除或限制《澳大利亚消费者法》（Australian Consumer Law）等法律赋予你的、不可排除的权利。
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss arising from information posted by other users or from dealings with them. Nothing here excludes or limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
9. 终止 / Termination
你可以随时在「设置 → 账号 → 注销账号」删除账号。我们可在你违反本条款时暂停或终止你的账号。终止后，第 3 条中关于已发布内容的许可在其去身份化保留的范围内继续有效。
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. After termination, the licence in clause 3 survives to the extent content is retained in de-identified form.
10. 变更与适用法律 / Changes & governing law
条款更新会在本页发布并更新日期；涉及实质变更时会在站内提示。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。本条款受澳大利亚维多利亚州法律管辖。
Updates are posted on this page with a new date; material changes are announced in-product. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
