Do not humiliate, intimidate, discriminate against or incite others against an identified individual, whether named or described identifiably.
- 禁止侵害他人隐私No infringement of others' privacy不得发布他人的姓名、联系方式、住址、成绩等可识别身份的信息；未经本人同意，不得上传或转载可辨认其身份的照片与视频。Do not publish another person's name, contact details, address, grades or other identifying information, or upload or repost photographs and video in which they are identifiable without their consent.
- 不得发布虚假或未经核实的信息No false or unverified information不得编造或散布未经证实的消息；转述他人说法时应注明来源，或明确标示为未经核实。Do not fabricate or circulate unverified claims. When relaying information from others, identify the source or mark it clearly as unverified.
- 禁止提供或寻求学术作弊服务No academic cheating services包括代写、代考、代做作业、代上网课、论文买卖与答案交易，以及以「有偿辅导」为名实际交付成品的服务。Including ghost-writing, exam impersonation, homework-for-hire, paid class attendance, essay sales and answer trading, as well as paid tutoring that in fact delivers finished work.
- 禁止提供或寻求资金往来与支付服务No money transfer or payment services包括代收代付、出借本人账户或银行卡、代他人操作账户、代人转账与货币兑换；本站不承载任何形式的资金往来。Including collecting or making payments for others, lending out your account or bank card, operating an account that is not yours, transfers on another's behalf and currency exchange. The Service does not host movement of funds in any form.
- 禁止上传受版权保护的教学材料No upload of copyrighted teaching material包括教材与电子书、课件与录播、答案册、往年真题原件，以及指向上述文件的网盘链接与提取码。Including textbooks and e-books, lecture slides and recordings, solution manuals and original past papers, as well as cloud-drive links and access codes pointing to them.
- 禁止违法及不适宜内容No unlawful or objectionable content违法、色情、暴力及仇恨内容一经发现即予移除，不另行通知。Illegal, sexual, violent and hateful content is removed upon discovery, without prior notice.
违规内容经举报核实后予以移除，相关账号可能被暂停或封禁。用户可对任何内容提出举报，亦可屏蔽任何用户。
Content found in breach is removed following review, and the account may be suspended or banned. You may report any content and block any user.

明确禁止 / Explicitly prohibited
下面这几类内容经常被误以为「应该没事」。它们不是灰色地带，一律移除，重复或情节严重的直接封号。These are the ones people most often assume are fine. They are not a grey area: they are removed on sight, and repeat or serious cases are banned outright.
1. 学术作弊服务 / Academic cheating services
禁止发布、求购、推广或牵线任何形式的代写、代考、代做作业、代上网课、论文买卖、考试答案交易，包括「有偿辅导」名义下实际交付成品的服务。也不要在评论区替这类服务转介绍或留联系方式。
No offering, seeking, advertising or brokering of contract cheating in any form — ghost-written assignments, exam impersonation, homework-for-hire, paid online-class attendance, essay sales or exam answer trading, including "tutoring" that actually hands over finished work. Do not refer people to such services or drop contact details for them in the comments either.
这类内容同时违反墨尔本大学的学术诚信规定，可能导致学校层面的处分。
This also breaches University of Melbourne's academic integrity rules and can lead to university disciplinary action.
2. 资金往来与支付服务 / Money transfer and payment services
本站是校园社区，不是金融平台，不承载任何形式的资金往来。禁止发布提供或寻求以下服务的信息：代收代付款项、出借自己的账户或银行卡、代他人操作账户、代人转账（含跨境）、货币兑换。无论金额大小、是否收取费用、如何措辞（「同学互助」「比银行划算」「只有一次」），一律适用。
This is a campus community, not a financial platform, and it does not host movement of funds in any form. Do not offer or seek: collecting or making payments for others, lending out your own account or bank card, operating an account that is not yours, making transfers on someone else's behalf (including cross-border), or exchanging currency. This applies regardless of the amount, whether a fee is charged, or how it is described ("just helping a classmate", "better than the bank", "only this once").
在澳大利亚，经营性的转账与汇兑服务须在 AUSTRAC 注册，未注册从事可能构成违法；这类渠道同时是电信诈骗与洗钱最常用的通道，配合的一方往往要承担法律责任。有相关需要请通过持牌机构办理。
In Australia, providing remittance or currency-exchange services commercially requires registration with AUSTRAC, and doing so without it may be an offence. These channels are also the most common conduit for scams and money laundering, and the person who cooperates often carries the legal consequences. Use a licensed provider.
3. 未经同意的他人照片 / Photos of other people without their consent
禁止上传能认出他人的照片或视频而未经本人同意 —— 包括课堂、图书馆、健身房、派对、公共交通上的偷拍，以及「寻找这个人」「看看这个人」类的帖子。转发他人社交媒体上的照片同样需要本人同意。涉及未成年人或私密场合的一律立即移除并封号。
Do not upload photos or video in which another person is identifiable without their consent — including candid shots taken in class, the library, the gym, at parties or on public transport, and "who is this person" / "look at this person" posts. Reposting someone's photo from their social media needs their consent too. Anything involving minors or private settings is removed immediately and the account banned.
4. 点名侮辱特定个人 / Naming and abusing a specific individual
禁止指名道姓（或用足以让人对号入座的描述，如「XX 课那个助教」「住 X 栋 X 楼那个」）辱骂、羞辱、造谣、公开私事或号召他人围攻某个具体的人 —— 学生、助教、讲师、店员都一样。对课程和授课方式的批评是允许的、也是这个站存在的意义；分界线是：评价的是这门课怎么上，还是这个人本身。
Do not name a specific person — or describe them identifiably ("that tutor in XX", "the guy on level X of block X") — in order to insult, humiliate, spread rumours about, expose the private life of, or rally others against them. Students, tutors, lecturers and shop staff alike. Criticising a subject and how it is taught is allowed and is the point of this site; the line is whether you are reviewing the teaching or attacking the person.
5. 上传教材、课件 PDF 等受版权保护的材料 / Uploading textbooks, lecture slides and other copyrighted material
禁止上传或分享教材 PDF、电子书、课件与讲义（lecture slides / recordings）、习题册与答案册、往年真题原件、付费题库导出，以及指向这些文件的网盘链接和提取码。这些材料的版权属于出版社或墨尔本大学，我们收到权利人通知会直接移除并保留封号的权利。
Do not upload or share textbook PDFs, e-books, lecture slides or recordings, solution manuals, original past exam papers, or exports from paid question banks — nor cloud-drive links and access codes pointing at them. Copyright in this material belongs to publishers or to University of Melbourne. We remove it on notice from the rights holder and reserve the right to ban the account.
可以做的：用自己的话总结重点、讨论题目思路、写课程评价。
What is fine: summarising in your own words, discussing how to approach a problem, and writing course reviews.

举报与处理 / Reporting & moderation
每条帖子和评论都带有「举报」入口，可选择原因提交。举报会进入管理后台，我们承诺在 24 小时内处理并对违规内容采取行动。你也可以在任何用户的资料页或内容上选择「屏蔽」，之后将不再看到其内容。
Every post and comment has a Report action with a reason picker. Reports go to the moderation console and are acted on within 24 hours. You can also Block any user from their profile or content; you will no longer see anything from them.
