适用范围 / Scope
本政策适用于墨大墙网站（unimelbwall.com）及对应的移动 App（以下统称「本服务」）。本服务是面向墨尔本大学学生的社区平台，由个人运营，与墨尔本大学无隶属关系。使用本服务即表示你同意本政策。
This policy covers the UniMelb Wall website (unimelbwall.com) and the corresponding mobile app (together, the "Service"), a community platform for University of Melbourne students. It is independently operated and not affiliated with University of Melbourne. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
我们收集什么 / What we collect
账号信息 / Account
- 学校邮箱地址（用于验证学生身份、接收登录验证码）。Your university email address, used to verify student status and to deliver sign-in codes.
- 你设置的用户名、头像、个人简介。The username, avatar and bio you choose.
你发布的内容 / Content you post
- 帖子、评论、课程评价、投票及你上传的图片。这些内容会按你选择的板块向其他已登录用户展示。Posts, comments, course reviews, polls and images you upload, shown to other signed-in users in the board you choose.
- 匿名帖子不关联你的账号；为防滥用，服务器会记录发布时的 IP 地址，该记录仅管理员可见。Anonymous posts are not linked to your account; to prevent abuse the server records the posting IP address, visible only to moderators.
- 你上传的图片会在离开你的设备之前被压缩到长边 2560 像素以内，这一步会同时去掉照片里的 EXIF 元数据（包含拍摄地点）。Images are downscaled to a 2560px long edge before they leave your device; that step also strips EXIF metadata, including GPS location.
设备本地数据 / On-device data
- App 在本机（AsyncStorage / 浏览器 localStorage）保存偏好设置、草稿、浏览历史、屏蔽名单等，不上传服务器。Preferences, drafts, history and your block list are kept on your device (AsyncStorage / localStorage) and are not uploaded.
- 你同意服务条款、社区规范的时间戳也存在本机，用于判断文件更新后是否需要再次征求同意。它不会上传到服务器 —— 换设备或清空浏览器数据后会再问你一次。The timestamp of when you accepted the Terms and Guidelines is also kept on your device, to tell whether we need to ask again after an update. It is not uploaded — on a new device, or after clearing site data, you will be asked again.
访问统计 / Analytics
- 我们用自托管的 Umami 统计页面访问量。它不使用 cookie，不做跨站追踪，不生成可识别个人的档案；数据存在我们自己的服务器上，不发给第三方。We use self-hosted Umami for page-view counts. It sets no cookies, does no cross-site tracking and builds no personal profiles; the data stays on our own server and is not shared.
我们不收集 / We do not collect
- 不收集位置、通讯录、通话记录；不接入第三方广告或追踪 SDK。No location, contacts or call data; no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
我们如何使用 / How we use it
- 提供并运行社区功能（登录、发帖、通知）。To run the community features (sign-in, posting, notifications).
- 处理举报、执行社区规范、防止滥用。To handle reports, enforce the Community Guidelines and prevent abuse.
- 我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会用于广告定向。We never sell personal data or use it for ad targeting.
存储与安全 / Storage & security
数据存储在我们自托管或托管的 Supabase（PostgreSQL）实例中，传输全程 HTTPS。只有运营团队中负责审核的成员可以访问管理后台。
Data is stored in our self-hosted or managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) instance and transferred over HTTPS. Only moderation staff can access the admin console.
删除账号与数据保留 / Account deletion & retention
你可以随时删除账号，有两种方式：
- 应用内：设置 → 账号 → 注销账号。确认后立即生效。In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Takes effect immediately after confirmation.
- 邮件：用你注册的邮箱发送至
[email protected]，我们会在 7 个工作日内处理。By email: write to[email protected]from your registered address; handled within 7 business days.
注销后：你的登录凭证、个人资料、邮箱、点赞/收藏、通知、课表等会被永久删除，同一邮箱可以重新注册。为了保持讨论串完整，你发布过的帖子和评论会去除身份信息后以「匿名」形式保留；如你希望一并删除这些内容，请在注销前自行删除，或通过邮件告知我们。
After deletion your credentials, profile, email, likes/saves, notifications and timetable are permanently removed and the email can register again. To keep threads intact, posts and comments you wrote are kept in de-identified, anonymous form; delete them yourself beforehand, or ask us by email, if you want them removed too.
你的权利 / Your rights
你可以在 App 或网站中随时查看和修改个人资料、删除自己发布的内容、屏蔽其他用户、举报任何内容。如需导出或更正数据，请联系我们。
You can view and edit your profile, delete your own content, block other users and report any content at any time. Contact us for a data export or correction.
未成年人 / Minors
本服务面向大学生，不面向 17 岁以下人士。The Service is intended for university students and is not directed at anyone under 17.
