LEASE TRANSFER - UNILODGE LINCOLN HOUSE
STARTING MID NOVEMBER, AFTER EXAMS, BEFORE SUMMER TERM
798/FORTNIGHT (399/WEEK)
I have a lease running from now to 11/02/2027 on a standard bedroom at Unilodge Lincoln house for 798 per fortnight.
I wont be here after the UniMelb examination period after early November, and the remaining lease spans most of the summer term period (23 Nov - 28 Feb), So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in taking over the lease.
The house has a mediated lease transfer process so it should be a pretty streamlined and easy handover that I can just set up on my end.
The room has a king bed, a wardrobe, desks, chair, shelving and a lamp, alongside a fan and a heater. The rent also includes unlimited wifi and utilities. It's at quite a convenient location, being a 5 minute walk from UniMelb Parkville campus.

I am open to negotiate the timing of the takeover, and to throw in a couple free weeks
