墨大的学期与关键日期已经接入站内日历，下面列出的日期跟着学校学术日历走。
第一，这门课这学期到底开不开——课程目录里写着开课学期（study period）和授课模式；第二，考核方式（assessment）你能不能接受，是期末一锤定音还是分散在作业里；第三，退课的时间点，census date 之后退课会留记录也会计费。
以下日期来自墨大的学术日历：Semester 1 - 12 teaching weeks（2026-03-02）、S1 last self-enrol date（2026-03-13）、Main Semester 1 census date（2026-03-31）、Easter, Non-teaching period & UA Common Vacation Week（2026-04-03）、S1 last date to withdraw without fail（2026-05-08）、Semester 1 SWOT Vac（2026-06-01）、Semester 1 examinations（2026-06-09）、Semester 1 results final release（2026-07-10）。以学校官方公布为准。
墨大的课程按学院划分：Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning、Faculty of Arts、Faculty of Business and Economics、Faculty of Education、Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology、Faculty of Fine Arts and Music、Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences、Faculty of Science、Melbourne Law School。同一学院内的课程代码前缀通常一致，顺着代码前缀翻比逐门搜索快。
课程评价页按课程代码收录学生对难度和工作量的描述；论坛的课程互助板块里则是具体到某次作业、某场考试的提问。两边一起看比只看分数有用。
